Introducing your Guide into the creation of PomPom Wall Art:
Renowned knitted-jewellery innovator, fibre artist, graphic designer, traveller and photographer, Lizzy Medynskyj will be running a special afternoon on the art of Pom Pom creation for Christmas time.
Lizzy's unique, hand-crafted knitted art is inspired by many things, including her natural surroundings and extensive travels.
Throughout her travels to destinations such as Borneo, Peru, Puerto Rico, North India, Morocco, North America and Europe, Lizzy has been inspired by the people with whom she has connected, their culture, their aesthetics and their stories. Lizzy's work through her creations and her workshops aims to bridge the gap between people from all walks of life. For example, she has been inspired by the girls from the Sandipani Muni girls school in Vrindavan, India. It was here that Lizzy witnessed first hand the power of creative therapy through embroidery, sewing, dance and music.
In keeping with her global vision, Lizzy's work is created using the highest quality, ethically-sourced yarns.
She is a trained graphic designer whose unique aesthetic informs her Pom Pom creations.
